Facilities for Groups include a covered Barbeque, Bar and “Field
Kitchen”. There are plenty of Toilets and Showers. The later are being improved in readiness
for the 2006 season. It is an interesting area with three small Lakes, two for Fishing and
one as a Nature Reserve. The latter includes a collection of Wildfowl. There
are many different wild birds including various Owls and Woodpeckers which
can be seen and/or heard! Kingfishers
have been established there for several years and are frequently to be seen
on their Fishing expeditions! Around the Perimeter is a TRAIL which is popular with Walkers and
Cyclists. It includes a number of exercise stations which visitors can use to
maintain some degree of Fitness while on Subject to availability you may consider an annual “CombiPitch” Details are available from Reception (01249
810943). For those Families and/or Couples who are able to come at quieter
times there are some attractive Special Offers. Special Group Rates are also

Early Booking Discount/ Credit Card
Payments. Bookings may be made over the phone as in the past and we
are now able to accept most major Credit Cards. Payment should be made 3
weeks prior to arrival. For persons who comply with this arrangement a
discount of 5% will be applicable. Blackland Leisure Ltd. must receive
payment, strictly by or before the 21-day deadline. The discount does not apply to the electric
element of the invoice. No surcharge will be made for Credit Card

Combipitches This novel concept
introduced in 2001 has proved to be both successful and popular. Caravan
owners are offered a combination of Pitch and Storage. For the 2006 season
and in future only Hard Standing pitches will be used for CombiPitches and
are available for all-year round only. The main advantage
to the owner is that it Minimises Towing which is, of course, expensive and
tiresome. For full details see the page devoted to CombiPitches. CombiPitch
users may take advantage if special terms for fishing and Health and fitness
Club Membership. CombiPitch and Combipitcher are Registered Trade marks of
Blackland Leisure Ltd. Organizations wishing to use these titles should apply
