	CombiPitches ® These are annual Caravan Pitches with hard standing, Electric and water points. These Pitches provide storage and use all the year round. They are not for continuous occupation but may be used for weekends and holidays up to a maximum of 3 weeks at the time. One big advantage is that they minimise or eliminate towing. CombiPitch users can take their unit away when they wish and know that their pitch is reserved for them on return. Payment for a CombiPitch is normally by monthly Direct Debit. Electricity is metered and charged separately. CombiPitch holders are welcome to join our Members only Health and Fitness Club which includes a very special level deck Swimming Pool. Enquiries invited.	Our CombiPitches are in prime positions at Blackland Lakes. All are close to the Lakes and many have a view overlooking the water. Many users have held a CombiPitch since they were introduced some 10 years ago. However there are occasions when we create new pitches or others become available. You may be interested to check their availability on the Events page of our website. Fishing is also available to CombiPitch holders and a season pass can be added to the package. This offers fantastic value for people who really enjoy fishing.
