‘CombiPitch’ is a combination of Pitch and Storage and was introduced by Blackland Leisure Ltd in 2001 and registered
as a Trade-mark by the Company.
Benefits:
The main advantage is that “road” towing is cut to a
minimum and ‘CombiPitch’ users are
able to use their
caravan as frequently as they wish at a pleasant and
interesting location. With the saving on fuel and separate storage charges
the ‘ CombiPitch’® arrangement becomes an attractive
proposition.
You may use the caravan elsewhere during the season
should you wish.
Security
Blackland Lakes is relatively secure with alarms and Entrance Security
Barriers in use at all times. It is a ‘CombiPitch’ condition that Wheel Clamps and Hitch locks
are fitted and that the caravan is fully insured.

1) Season
CombiPitch ®from Easter – 31st October 7 monthly payments of £200.00
2) Above plus
winter storage from 31st October to 31st March add 5 monthly payments of £23.50
3) All Year Round
CombiPitch ® 7 monthly payments of £200 followed by 5 monthly payments of
£100
Covers 2 adults and immediate family under 18, a dog or
cat only. Additional persons staying and day visitors to be prepaid at
current rate.
Max. total stay one session 21
days. All monthly payments by DIRECT DEBIT. No Sub Letting or permanent
occupation. Touring caravans only. Subject to availability.
Season/Annual Fishing permit and / or
Health and Fitness Club Membership on application.
